We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at The Tiny Studio, and it was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the entire process was so easy to organise. The team was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything was set up perfectly for the big day. A special shout-out to Abby, who was an amazing host! She kept all the girls engaged with fun, creative activities and made sure every child felt included and excited. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does. The girls had an absolute blast, and we’ve had so many messages from parents saying their kids couldn’t stop talking about it afterward. The space was beautiful, the activities were perfect, and it was such a stress-free experience for us as parents. Highly recommend!

what is included in the package

With our party package, we take care of the colourful decorations, GF cupcakes from "Sweet Petites", lolly bags and set up face painting and glitter fun. 

We usually do two crafts, one larger and one smaller craft, or one long craft depending on the age group and the theme. We have two studio staff members assisting. There is a short break in the middle for snacks and cake. The package includes crafts that are catered to your child's favourite interest/ theme AND of course we take care of the messy clean up!

what do i need to bring?

1. We kindly ask that you bring along the children's water bottles or supply bottled water.

2. We recommend bringing along snacks for the half time break. At the same time we provide the cupcakes it is also the perfect opportunity for the kids to refuel with some healthy snacks like fruit and crackers etc. We will be providing lollies at the end so no need to bring along more sweets.

3. Paper plates and serviettes for your snacks.

4. A picnic rug for more seating on the grass if needed.

5. Candles

6. Additional special things can be brought by families including balloons, party hats, games, or extras for the lollie bags.

Party games?

Yes, you can totally bring along a party game!

The half time break is a great time to add in a little game like pass the parcel, musical statues or some dancing!

We have a lovely patch of grass out the front that we will set up a picnic rug for cakes and snacks. This where you are welcome to play the party games whist we clean and set up for the second craft!

More about the cute cupcakes!

Delicious vanilla bean cupcakes will be supplied by our lovely neighbour “Sweet Petites” with their signature swiss meriange butter cream and pink and red sprinkles. All their cupcakes are gluten free and nut free AND absolutely delicious. We can't wait to share these delicious treats with you.

Please pack your own candles. Whether you prefer the classic number candles, themed or sparklers feel free to bring along something that can makes the cakes feel yours!

what times and days are available?

We normally hold parties on a Saturday morning between 10am - 12pm. This way ”Sweet Petites” next door is open for coffee and cakes for parents.

(* Sweet Petites is currently only open every second Saturday) - Let us know if this is something you need to align. They are hoping to be open every Saturday soon.

The weekends do book out quite far in advance so please send a request to us early if you are interested and we can get you locked in on your preferred date!

how do i book?

Once you have send an email request (above) you will hear back from us and we can confirm a date. We will then send you an email with the Studio's bank details for the deposit transfer. You are also welcome to pay this instore over the square terminal with a card. This guarantees your date. Without a deposit we do not hold dates.

Once this has been received you are ready to send out invites and get excited.

How much is a party?

The standard party package is $450 which includes the two hours, cupcakes, facepaint/ glitter, lollie bags, decorations and crafts - this is for 8 children.

A birthday party can hold up to 16 kids at an additional cost of $50 per head.

A non refundable deposit of 50% ($225) is taken to secure your party or a 50% deposit of however many guests are attending.

My date isn’t available - can you do Sunday Parties?

Yes, we can do Sunday parties. If your date is booked out or there isn’t an available date on the Saturday near your child’s birthday this can be an option. There is an additional cost of $150 for a Sunday party.

How many guests?

The standard party package is for 8 children and costs $450. The studio can hold up to 16 in total - two tables of 8. For each additional guest over 8 it is $50pp.

Invitations?

We can supply “Tiny Sudio Party” invitations at a cost of $15 one top of your fee. Let us know if you would like these included in your package!
